The 57± acre Siletz River Tract offers a well-located timberland investment along the western bank of the Siletz River, with approximately 1,500± feet of river frontage. Ojalla Park, which provides a public boat ramp, restroom, and parking, is located nearby. The tract was logged in the 1960s, and partially harvested again in the 1990s.
